Drama and How to Handle it Better


Drama...It's everywhere and not everyone wants it in their life. All it does is hold you by the pant leg as tight as it can and tries to pull you down along with it. So how do people deal with all the drama? Well In this blog you have to be pretty open minded and really read what I say only then you can be drama free or at least take that step towards being drama free.At least for a little while...

Just as the quote above says. There is a point in every one's life where they reach the point where drama has ruled their life for so damn long that they just completely stop dead in their tracks and just stop. When you reach that point that right there is the first step towards being drama free.
So here are the steps on how to try and lead a drama free life.
  1. You've already read step one just by reading the quote. If you have already done this by now then you have already completed the first step into a drama free environment. Eventually though drama has its ways of worming its way into people's lives. So here's the next step in case it happens...
  2. Hoorah!You are still with me so far lol. But anyways if drama decides to rear its ugly head in different forms you can always just ignore it. Yes, Simply ignore the drama especially if it has NOTHING to do with you. However, if it does end up involving yourself in the matter depending on what it is. Handle it with an open mind by that meaning pay attention to the details of why you are involved or brought up. Usually people stress about the issue of being brought up they don't often think that there might be a simple fix to the problem. Bringing us to 3
  3. Stop stressing!that makes it worse! People create drama for multiple reasons and when someone starts to stress out they just see no way out of it and just let themselves literally drown in the drama. Well if you stop stressing then it would help you be able to find the answer or solution you need!
  4. Now that you have gotten yourself unstressed.hopefully.The next thing you need to realize is that it may not be as hard of a problem as you think it would be. Some people think of the hardest problems are unfix able. That's not true at all. Some of the problems you think are hard or "impossible" have actually simple answers and fixes. 
  5. There is a solution to everything. Like I said earlier the hardest problems sometimes have easy fixes. But the only way you can achieve that is if you THINK yes!use your brain!that is why its there! Seriously use your brain and think of the possibilities of the problem and just think of different ways and which one would work best for you. 
  6. Other peoples problems aren't your problems. This is especially for the people like me when I was younger (even though I am 22) I would jump into my friends problems once they told me it had upset them and that only caused more problems AND it got myself involved in something that could have been avoided altogether. The only thing you can do in that situation is say it's not my problem. But that doesn't mean you can't help your friend with their problem. Just don't do something stupid to get yourself involved in a bad way. Instead try to help them by letting them vent and talk to them about how for example if they wanted to just say something that might trigger a bad reaction. Tell them "I don't think that's a good idea because this would happen then and that" etc. 
  7. If someone is CONSTANTLY and I mean just bringing drama left and right into your life and it has completely consumed them and they have brought you down enough already. Well Sorry. Time to be honest you have to let them go. Because at that point they are wayyy past being helped. If you are the type that likes to help people no matter what like me. There is just that point where you need to realize you can't help everyone especially if they get involved with drama over and over well to be honest that is just someone that either has a big mouth, bad luck, or they just love the drama, and those type of people end up leading miserable lives and you don't need that. So let them go.
My point in giving these tips is that people need to realize that the drama or whatever they face in life whether it is easy or hard there is ALWAYS away to fix it. You just need to stop stressing and actually stop and think of all the different ways it can be resolved. Sometimes it may even take a while but that's okay. The important thing is you don't do anything to make matters worse. You can't control other people but you can control yourself.
Realize you can live above the drama if you can find out what is causing it in the first place. Don't let other people get you down because their problems are not your problems. Do your own thing in life. I tell you what it will not be easy. But once you try and take those steps one day at a time I promise that your life will start to be a little less stressful. The 1 thing I can't guarantee is that you will live a drama free life. Why? Well simply because drama happens all the time it just depends on how you handle it.
